  • Yeah I think I'm done here. It could very well be the same every where else.. maybe Im just over apartments.. but now we have to pay actual water bill.. which is fine.. then you see that includes trash and sewage.. ok.. makes sense.. but wait.. pest control and real estate tax as well.. interesting.. sure it was bundled in before.. just wasn't aware.. 15 dollars this first time to set up my account after living here for 2 years already.. ya know that's just for someone to enter my name and apartment number into a computer.. joke. and now a monthly fee of 4.50 for them to send me this post card for my utilities.. on top of the 2.95 to just pay rent online. not into being nickle'd and dimed. Will just round out my lease here and move on.
