  • The moment I walked into Dr. Nyguyen's office I discovered the pride she puts into her practice. Unlike other dentist who are unwilling to spend a few dollars to clean and liven up an office, Pearly Whites is an uncluttered office with a natural organic feel. This feeling demonstrates to me the seriousness about sterilization and sanitation. The seating area is inviting, comfortable and gives you a sense of home. The fact that Dr. Nyguyen put some thought and design into her office decor reflects good customer service and concern about her patients well being. My dislike and anxiety for invasive procedures at dental offices was decreased after I got through the front office. My immediate reaction to Dr. Nyguyen's helpful and attentive demeanor assured me she is concerned about protecting teeth and gums, alleviating any pain and problems, educating patients on oral diseases and disorders. This review is a bittersweet. I dislike dental offices so much it hurts to be friendly and walk in with a smile. But I like Dr. Nyguyen's professionalism, quality work and quick response.
