  • Auto repair shops scare me. I don't know much about the inner workings of cars so a lot of trust must be put on the staff at the shop. At other shops, I've dealt with shady and shifty types who make me feel like I'm being hosed. The Adelaide location of Active Green + Ross was a refreshing change from this. Staff was incredibly polite and friendly. I needed a full set of new tires and got a few quotes from other shops and Active Green + Ross had the best prices. They did the job really quick and were good and communication and explaining everything to me clearly and put me at ease. This has got to be the best tire shop in the city. They now have me as a customer for life. Their "customer lounge" is not very impressive but there is a Tim Hortons, Starbucks, and Second Cup only one block away.
