This is the worst customer service I've ever had. I got my boyfriend 2 hats and two mugs as a gift and it wasn't cheap the hats didn't fit him so we tried to have store credit to exchange them but they refused I tried to ask him to look it up I had the date and time then he said he needed to know if I paid cash or card I paid card and could prove it with a statement. He cut me off and was rude so I asked for the manager turns out he's the owner. He shouldn't be an owner of a store with out customer service himself and with spending as much money as I did in his store there should be exceptions especially unused tags and all attached, not even asking for my money back just an exchange!
