The membership managers or representatives are liars. My friend wanted to add the monthly guest pass on her account so I can come workout with her since I have my own membership at another gym and the guy told her she had to cancel her whole membership and sign up again with a fee. That's a total lie considering a lot of other people I know told me you can add it whenever you want.
They will do anything for new sign ups. How about you do your job and actually genuinely sell memberships based off the benefits and not try to get over on people. We also called the 800 number and they said we don't have to start over... Like we were told. What an inconvenience.
