  • Disappointed. I went for a glass etching party for my birthday. Heads up there is no air conditioning. The indtructor claimed she loved teaching this class yet she didn't know anything we had to correct her on her instructions. She said she was there to help but when we ask she just said you can do it I believe in you. Which is not help. When it came to the glass etching the machine was broken and we could not take our product home. They volunteered to bring it to us but kept making false promises on when they would bring it. When they finally brought the glasses one of them wasn't even complete and they. They promised a refund for the glass it's been a week I have yet to see the money back on my card. The glasses that were etched properly were nice but the whole experience was annoying and disappointing. I thought it would be fun.
