  • My Samsung Note phone was not holding a charge. It was also not charging fully. I ordered a new battery off of Ebay and had the same issues with the new battery that I paid $8 for. I took the phone to the TMobile store and they said it was not the battery, but it was internal and I should get a new phone. Not wanting to give up yet, I brought it here and the guy kept if for two hours to check it out. He did not have a battery in stock, but thought it might be the battery and suggested that I take it to one of the battery stores and I could return the battery if that didn't take care of the problem. I was going out of town and really needed to have a working phone. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. I went straight to Allstate Batteries and paid $42 for a battery, but I could return it within 7 days for a refund. Well, my phone charged completely in the car as I drove out of town. That was a month ago and no issues with my phone, works like new. What a great place to do business!
