  • I bought a vehicle 3 weeks ago on a rainy day. My salesperson Amber was great. She told me to call back and schedule a detail since my vehicle hasn't been detailed yet and it was raining. For the last 3 weeks I've been leaving voicemails for Jamie the service manager. He has yet to return my phone call!!!! I get his voicemail every time I call as he never answers the phone!!! It's extremely frustrating with the lack of customer service.
