  • Of course this review is for Bakeshoppe. I purchased a red velvet cake for a friends birthday which was moist and everyone loved. I also picked up two cakes last minute for my grandmothers 80th birthday. The people I spoke to were very helpful and obliging when I called them 15 times to change my order. I was sort of thrown off at first that the cakes were a couple days old and had been frozen and needed 3-4 hours to thaw, but they were really great, held up well and tasted fresh. Otherwise there would be no luxury of ready made cakes for the spontaneous or ill prepared. That seems like a backhanded compliment but just forewarning if you have an immaculate diet that only allows you to consume fresh out of the oven baked goods. And point being I'm really into the cakes frozen or not cover me in that buttercream. Their counter baked goods are + (that means good) Ruffles marshmallow squares WHATTATREAT!!
