With all the research I did during this difficult time, this and another place is who I narrowed down to helping us with this difficult decision. I called and left a message as instructed for have them call me back so that I could get more information. This was a week ago and I still have not heard from them. Unfortunately we had to make the decision at the end of last week and went with the other company who actually returned messages and answered their phone when I needed more questions answered. During such a heartbreaking time to not have the customer service to call just adds salt to the wound.
