Yes, they have other things on the menu, but they're filler designed to appease the rare vegetarian in your party. Don't expect an ever-changing menu of innovative California cuisine or Asian-fusion. Eat the prime rib and have the delicious sides.
Oh, and if you're a frequent diner, sign up for the Lawry's card. It's a one-time fee of $25, but they'll immediately mail you a gift card for $25, so it's a wash.
