  • Would have had an awesome experience if I had not been followed around the entire night with the associate "fixing" books in every area that I happened to browse. Diversity training is much needed to help employees expel biases. When she rang me up, she didn't even bother to ask me how my visit was. Possibly because she scoped my every move like a creeper. Definitely an uncomfortable shopping experience in a usually peaceful environment. This was my first time to this location with my GPS guiding me to one actually farther from my home, but I definitely won't be returning.
