  • Ok so this review is not on their desserts. As I did not order any dessert. Only reason this place gets two stars is because our server Jeff was sooo attentive and nice. Let me say I came here with a friend who had a comp. All I knew about this place is that they have some frozen hot chocolate thing. I didn't know they had actual food too. So we came in tonight for dinner. We had a reservation. We requested a booth and the hostess said no booths are available, so we chose outside. As we walked by we saw booths open and questioned her. She said "we have other reservations before yours, sorry" ok first off at least act like you care and don't get snotty. I seriously wanted to smack her in the back of her teenage-20 year old head and say use your manners! Hostess said we will let Shawn know you are here. So we walk outside and sat under these misters and wait for our server. Looking at this huge menu and being very confused as to what to order. Jeff our server was very nice he suggested a few things. We decided on the onion rings for an app, she had the meat pizza and I had the pulled pork. All the food looked yummy. The tower of onion rings looked good until we each cut one open to dip into the sauce. They were not cooked all the way there was raw batter inside. Jeff asked if would like another batch and we asked him if it was supposed to be like that. He said no. We said no thanks. Nothing like under cooked food to really turn your stomach. Already she said this is not going well for a second chance. And I agreed. Her pizza $21 looked good and tasted ok. Nothing to write home about. It had no outstanding flavor. My pulled pork sandwich barely warm came with cold fries $19. Which I didn't mind me that much (didn't want to seem like a bitch and send them back) and the pork was so dry. Not yummy juicy saucy pulled pork. The pineapple on top was good and grilled. For one soda, one iced tea and two entrees our bill would have been $48 plus tax and tip. We still left a tip, btw. Like I said we were on a comp. the manager shawn never came by to say hello even after our server Jeff said he knows about the onion rings. I am huge on customer service!!!! I've worked customer service and hospitality for 20 years. If one of my customers/guests had a bad experience and I invited them back to give us another chance. You can bet there will be one of the managers there to visit them and make sure that they had a good visit!!!! This place is not cheap. It's not cooked well. It's obvious that managers do not care and the hostesses need training on how to give good customer service. I spend a lot of my free time as a diamond member enjoying everything that Caesars Entertainment's properties has to offer. I think they should rethink having this place carry their name or do some serious training. No need for management to contact me. I won't waste my time coming here again. Not looking for comps or any kind of freebies or discounts. My opinion this place would not have any stars if it wasn't for Jeff.
