  • IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!! DO NOT USE!!! Terrible Customer Service!! Everything started out fine, but when they came to the house to pick up the quote went up $1000!!!! I told them no way and I would get a UHaul. They knocked it down to a $300 increase which i reluctantly agreed to, which tells me they are inflating their prices to make a buck. When they delivered the items all was well but there was a good amount of damage to a wardrobe and a dresser. 20 Min after they left I noticed some items were missing! I called the driver and he said no prob he would stop and check it out... and of course I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN!! Calling the company is useless, they just repeat that i have to call and file a claim with a 3rd party company.. which takes 160 DAYS! I since have called them and the actual mover and no one cares. My stuff is lost and all i get is the most insincere "Sorry sir" from a robot of an associate. No one over there cares about your property. They are just there making money and transferring the blame when something goes wrong. If any of my Employees treated a customer like this... they would be fired DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY
