  • I did not buy my VW here, but I had nothing but excellent service during my car service. Car rental is paid by the dealership which is surprisingly not by 3 other dealers I've been to. The service is very punctual and provides an amazing appoitment coordination via email and telephone. Sebastian (Service Rep) is very knowledgeable and accommodating he looked after all three concerns I had with my car. During my first visit i was warmly welcomed by Sebastian and give a welcome gift - that was a nice touch! My car had problems with trunk (not opening properly). Sebastian knew the problem and made corresponding request. Other two dealerships (VW Villa and Yorkdale VW) told me that this was normal operation. Also, my car had problems with cracking noise when going over speed bumps during cold temperature. This was fixed as well. I originally thought it was bushings, but end up being my glove compartment :). Finally, my car had problems with the driver side plastic door handle. Again, Sebastian has ordered part for me to replace it. I was told in another dealer that it's not covered by warranty. During my initial visit two out of three problems were fixed and I was give a loner car (paid by dealership). I had to come back for the door handle and this time needed to wait at the dealer because the work only took 30 min. I would definitely be coming to this dealer with my VW and would definitely recommend Autohaus to my friends and family. Thank you Agincourt VW/Audi!
