Guys, I rented online. I looked at all the car and price options and chose one. Get to the counter, the guy was really pushing me hard to upgrade. He laid for keys down on the table and said that two of them were the standard and two of them were for an upgrade. Dudes, I don't care about the upgrade, just give me the key to whatever car I reserved and lets not waste my valuable time, kay?
Also (and I know it's not just Enterprise doing this) but could you not try and convince me that I am definitely going to get into an accident if I don't buy your insurance. I like to feel something of a vote of confidence from the people I rent from, not a five minute talk about how Pennsylvania is a no-fault state and the roads are icy. I get it, guys, but I felt like you were trying to jinx me or something.
My Enterprise experience in other parts of the county has always been pretty great. There is something desperate about the PIT branch that oogs me out.
