  • We were warmly welcomed by a petite lady-probably 5 foot tall at most. She was so friendly, smiling & thoughtful, offered us water & asked if the temperature of the water in the tub was ok on my feet, said Katie would be right there. Katie was also very friendly, gave me an excellent foot massage & was quick & thorough with my pedicure. These two ladies made it a nice experience. The salon is clean & good music playing. It would've been relaxing except: There was another woman there who was talking loudly across the room to everyone, not in English, hovering over the desk where a manicure was being done. She kept walking past us and was scowling each time. When we were thanking Katie, this women stared at us with a foul expression. Katie had another appointment waiting & we heard this woman being unfriendly to her next client too. Since Katie was busy, this woman was our cashier, unfriendly, no smile & barely said thank you to us & acted like it was an imposition. If she had been my nail tech, I would've asked for someone else. As pleasant as the experience was with Katie & the lady that welcomed us, this other woman makes me hesitant to go back. I hope she gets an attitude adjustment. .
