  • DISH sent out a tech to help fix a few problems we were having with the Hopper. Jared Casey did a phenomenal job. Even though it was over 110° outside he spent time adjusting our satellite dish. He replaced faulty equipment and spent over three hours with us. I would strongly recommend that you request Jared to come out if you ever need any help with your dish equipment. My husband and I were really impressed with his work ethic. Jared even called the next day to see if everything was OK.
