It's funny how after you've signed on the dotted line, car dealers lose all sense of urgency.
Suddenly you're the one chasing them around. Based on other comments, it appears this dealership has a history of neglecting the "WE OWE" section of the sales contract.
No different for me.
We've had the car for a month and I'm still having to follow up with them to get everything done.
Management, please learn this basic customer service lesson: follow up and follow through. The customer shouldn't have to take this responsibility off your shoulders.
