They switched in the last year to seasons passes that have to be activated, in a deliberate attempt, I'm sure, to make sure if you lose them, you're SOL. So that's what happened to us. They can plainly see that we bought passes for the last 6 years in a row, but this year we lost our passes and there is nothing they can do. Literally, the lady on he phone did not care one bit that me and my 7 kids were out hundreds of dollars for the year. I can understand a one off but we have been there with seasons passes for years and years, and there is nothing they can do to help us. We will never ever buy passes here again. Or visit!
