  • I have to go to bank of america every Friday to cash my check. For whatever reason they have to have a manager override it. At the Kearney location it never fails that I have to wait and wait and wait for a manager. Today I was even told to go to another location as it might be quicker. Well if I wanted to fight the traffic and drive across town that would be an option, but I dont. The manager is in an office w someone. Why she cant just say one moment and take the 2 seconds it takes to override it I'm not sure. I cant wait to never use this bank again
