If you are thinking about using this hotel for conference rooms, don't do it. They are unable to produce a manifest before check in and do not know how to separate a bill into two so guests can split a room. Therefore, one person has to pay and the second person has to pay person no 1 instead of the hotel. Continually tried charging guests although it was suppose to be direct billed, could not find guest reservations upon checking in, charged cards when specifically asked not to and was a general nightmare to work with. The incompetence was indicative of the whole front of house staff. It has been two months since our visit and I am still cleaning up messes.
If you like to work with people who follow your wishes, complete tasks on time and correctly, and charge you the agreed upon price DO NOT use this hotel until there is a massive cleanup in the staff. I wrote a letter to the Home office and have not received a reply.
