  • I went there to to send out an envelope. The black lady working there wasn't really friendly when asked about where is drop off box she replied in rude way "can't you see it?" I didn't that is why I asked her. Then she replied in the ghetto way"put that on the counter and forget it". Well that was rude again. I left it there hoping my package will arrive as she really didn't do anything to make me feel welcome or give me assurance this important envelope will get to its destination. Sorry FedEx that employee was rudest I came across in long time.
