Awful. Was just in the store, and they were not helpful or flexible at all. I had the simple question of whether or not I had an upgrade available. The account is a business account, and because it is through my dad they couldn't do anything to help me. I gave them his number, his name, business info and they couldn't work with me at all. You would think they could just tell me if I had an available upgrade, seeing as I was not planning on getting a new phone today, just wanted to see my options and plan. I left visibly frusterated at the lack of flexibility or little effort to help from the salesperson, and she yelled something inaudible at me as I was walking out. Nice customer service, shouting at customers across the floor!!! She could have been saying something helpful, but shouting is never the way to do it.
