  • Horrible customer service, zero human kindness or concern for truly helping people. The person that answered was very short very quick to get me off the phone never informed me who I was going to be seen by .My appointment was June 5th at 2:45pm. I came in at 2 o'clock knowing that I would need to fill out paperwork. I think the same person at the front desk was on the phone.  Same lady had to get another coworker to help me because she was talking over me and I couldn't explain this could have been more simple if she would just listen rather than talking over me. I also understand the doctors are not providing free services . I'm going to  have to prove insurance coverage and clearly the biggest concern is verifying that you have insurance.  Once the employee finally confirmed I had insurance and they will get paid. The employee still wasn't sure if my insurance would cover everything and expressed her concern about me having to pay a big bill and being upset later.I made her aware that I would pay my bill no matter the cost whether or not my insurance would pay for it she was more comfortable and moved me on next step .As you can imagine I would have been fine paying a thousand at this visit just to be reassured that I don't have cancer. Finally I was sent to the back into a room to go see a doctor. Both me and my husband go back into the room and I tell my husband I'm excited to see the doctor even though this whole experience has been awful I'm hoping the doctor is much better. The door opens another employee comes in another woman does not look at me does not say hello does not say her name . She sits down at a computer her back towards me and began asking me questions rapidly . I had to have her repeat herself. If I do recall her first question was about being referred to them ,by who,her name  next question was you're going to see Kristen so I asked if Kristen was a doctor . I don't know who that person is . I wasn't sure she never said anything she didn't say hello what her name was.  Once I asked who was Kristen and if she was a doctor she said no , she is the practitioner . She asked rudly  is that a problem?well weren't you told when you made your appointment? I said to her : actually No nobody told me and so far this has not been a very pleasant experience she turns around with a smirk on her face and says oh.  I told her that the customer service skills are awful beginning with her walking into the room not even looking at me in the face saying her name or asking me how I'm doing and begins to drill me with questions. Her response was well I was going to get to that!  really? Too late. No class awful.  I walked out. I just could not take this situation any longer obviously they're not concerned with helping people you're just another number as I walked out and told the one employee who is somewhat decent thank you that I was leaving because their customer service was awful the person that was in the room with us was laughing and thought that the situation was funny. I hope to god no one ever goes through something like this.  I never got to see a doctor but with the kind of people they have in this office , I would never return. I guess if they truly cared to help people someone would have called me from the office or would have stopped me on my way out and asked me what was wrong but all they did was laugh and I could hear them as I was walking out . Very unprofessional . I have never made a complaint but this needs to be shared. People you have options medical services are not free and I'm sure other practices deserve your money more than these people.
