I tried this location after my current dentist retired last February. I was not impressed with the office, nor the office location as it is in a strip mall. The office was behind on appointments because they seemed understaffed. After talking with the hygienist I found that they use temp staff to fill their needs. This became obvious as she was fumbling to find things in the office. During the check up the Dentist had to remind her several times where things were or how he does things. I am used to the hygienist and dentist working as a well oiled machine. My real complaint is with damage the dentist did to my teeth. After he looked me over I told him that I had a sharp edge on the BACK of my front tooth. It was bugging and I asked him if he could simple file it smooth. He filed, asked if it was better, filed again, and filed again. Finally it felt smooth and did not snag. When I got to my car and looked at my Front Tooth in the mirror I was SHOCKED! Instead of filing the back of my tooth he made a divot right at the bottom of my tooth! It looked like I had bitten into a nail. I was wondering why the hygienist had a worried look on her face as I walked out. If he didn't have time to do it right I would have rather he scheduled time to do it later. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor fixing it. I was late to work so left and called the office later to complain. They asked that I come back in to get it repaired, but I declined. I did not want them to touch my teeth again.
Six months later they call to schedule an appointment and I remind them of the incident and tell them I am not interested. 1-year later they call again to schedule an appointment. They told me it was an automated system and they apologize for not taking me off. I'm curious if I'll get another call this next 6 months.
