  • Most definitely vindictive and unprofessional as another review stated, especially the lying management team. Super bad energy, disrespectful and condescending (clearly seen in their comments back to the 1star reviews!) They act like their cleaning teams (prison-like crews) do an amazing job, but it's shoddy for sure and not worth the money. It's more like a janitor style "clean." There are constant changes in crews as well (can't blame the crew, I'd quit too). The "eco" cleaning supplies they use are super harsh, and I was told they reuse their scrubbers and sponges from house to house - yep, that means that your neighbors germs and sh!t are getting mixed in with your sh!t! Sooo disgusting. If you ever have an issue be assured they WILL screw you over. I experienced it multiple times. Management will lie to your face, tell you what you want to hear and not deliver. Never trust a company who proudly displays two jars upon walking into their office: "Ashes of Ex-Employees" and "Ashes of Ex-Customers." Classy! Save yourself the stress and try another company. I would not trust these people with anything. *shudder*
