My friend was taken by ambulance to the ER after a bad car accident. First, two female nurses called her a "hooker" based on the way she was dressed. Things went downhill from here. I've never seen a staff treat a patient more disrespectfully with rude comments and sarcasm throughout the hours we were there. Everything from claiming she wasn't in a car accident (mind you she was picked up by their ambulance) to not offering any type of pain medication or meds to help with her swelling. Random nurses and staff kept walking in the room without knocking to grab random medical supplies. They were acting as if they were barging into a supply room rather than a patient's room. Walking through the halls proved to show a very dirty and unkept facility. At one point, I observed numerous medical gloves scattered across the floors in one room. To top the entire night off, while I was driving to drop my friend off, the nurse gave my fiend a "courtesy call" to let her know they forgot to take out her IV. Yes, my friend had to take the IV out herself at home.
