Tonkatsu black, takoyaki, gyoza, and Jinya bun.
Tonkatsu black was creamy and the broth was good but I felt it was lacking something. Not sure what that something is but I added chili to give some spice. I ordered it with thick noodles. The egg was cooked perfectly. Over time the broth did become too salty to my liking.
The takoyaki had a very nice preservation and came with a sauce that was creamy and very rich. It was delicious at first but by the end the richness was very overpowering. The octopus was roughly chopped and inside a fried ball shell.
Gyoza was alright. Not the best but not the worst I've tried. Not memorable.
The jinya bun was my favorite. Moist, sweet and melted in your mouth. I'd come again just for the buns.
The staff was very nice and prompt. They all stood good bye as we left.
