Just stopped in for the first time.
I purchased a 2015 Passat TDI SEL privately a couple months ago. I came in for the 10K service and was treated to an awesome customer service experience.
The service manager, Trish Sorenson and Express Service person Shawn Bettinger took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. The entire service team showed real interest in making sure all aspects of my questions where answered quickly and frankly. I really appreciated that.
Then I was given a comped cab ride to work. The cab arrived before my complimentary coffee could be brewed!
Upon my return, the cashier was friendly efficient and made sure I knew just where to find my vehicle. Shawn even offered to go get it and bring it inside for me... The attention to detail and the effort to make my experience the best it could be, was obvious. Definitely a top notch experience, I highly recommend Zimbrick VW.
