| - Without a doubt the worst travel experience of my living life. September 23, 2016 flt 1264 LAS to ORD. Our flight was delayed 5 hours due to unforeseen circumstances on the flight inbound. I understand that. But what is inexcusable is the fact that Frontier employees at LAS could not even give 'us,' the passengers the common courtesy to tell us the flight was delayed. We were forced to watch the counter screen display the delay, first changed to 2pm, then 3pm and so on until 5:40pm, (which still left late). Finally, I had to go to another ticket counter at another part of the airport to request a representative to come to our gate to let us know the situation-which they did 45min later. (They provided $10 food vouchers) Upon arrival at ORD, the agent there took our email addresses to receive a travel voucher, which I provided. Four days later, still no email!?? So I call the customer service number and was told unceremoniously there would be no voucher. The airport agents are responsible for taking care of that and the people at the customer service number only take reservations. So, besides being nickled-and-dimed to the tune of over $200; and completely missing one of the wedding events I was traveling for, it turns out Frontier Airlines also lies to its customers just to get them out of the airport. It would take something spectacular to get me back on this airline.
