  • This is a most disorganized and unprofessional company to deal with so stay clear! It's been about a month and the ice maker was not ever sent to my home so their guy could install it. Then I found out that the part they ordered was sent to another business! And when I called to complain, the Manager got angry with me and never said sorry and gave me a nasty attitude. I hope they lose a lot of business because they messed with the wrong party. They should be called UNCOMFORTABLE HOME APPLIANCE!!! I'm going to voice my complaint to LG so they don't use them!!!
