Nothing makes me more angry than when a senior citizen/Army vet is disrespected. Unfortunately my mother is the individual that was disrespected a couple of days ago at this location. I help care for her and when I asked her what her experience was checking out banks (she plans on doing some large investing in the very near future) she said B of A and Wells Fargo reps treated her as if she was an annoyance and they couldn't be bothered by her. If it were me I would have demanded a supervisor immediately. When dealing with finances, there should ALWAYS be a level a respect- ESPECIALLY towards the elderly and those that serve. Yes, I'll be leaving these reviews on google as well. Business SHOULD take a hit when any customer is not treated with kindness and respect. Luckily US Bank took incredible care of her and she'll be dealing with her large sums there.
