  • The Skinny: this place has can be very hit or miss. But when you hit, you hit big. This Target is the closest one to me and I have to say, it gets picked over pretty quickly. The merchandise tends to be messier than other stores I've been to but there is definitely variety here. That being said, there are some hella good deals to be found in the clearance sections if you are lucky. For example, I found a 32 magnetic animal set and a 63 magnetic alphabet/numbers set from Melissa and Doug for $3 each (MSRP $12). Or kids long sleeve shirts for $1.50. As a mom of a young toddler, their bull's-eye section (it's similar to the dollar store except their stuff is better quality) is a godsend. They have some great small activities for kids like bubbles, sidewalk chalk, felt books and activity books. Basically lots of stuff to occupy busy hands. It is for those two reasons I come to Target.
