  • This place is HORRIBLE!! I bought a light switch for $37 (motion sensor) with a gift card. I went back the next day to buy some LED tube lights for my garage and saw a similar sensor for $19 so I bought it too. I came back the next day to return the first one but had brought. I mistakenly brought the second receipt and had thrown out the first one. Apparently that is not good enough even thou I showed them what I did and why. They said I was "declined" for a return, WTF! I ask for the Manager and he said sorry nothing I can do at the store level? He told me to call the 800 number on my declined receipt and they would help? Long story is I'm out $37 and fell like I did something wrong . I told the guy I would never go back and you make me feel like a thief, I did nothing wrong and this is you answer? Well good by for ever, as a local Restaurant owner I will share this story with as many people as i can!! GO TO LOWE'S! They are much better anyway and take returns months later without any receipt. What kind of business does this and expects to stay in business?
