David is the lead team member of their program God Behind Bars at Castaways. He and Annalise took their time to take my bad experience into consideration and personally called me to find out what had happened in my experience with the store. They let me know how much they cared and wanted to make it right. The people who run Castaways are very kind and really care about their customers. They explained to me how they corrected their mistake on their end and went out of their way to apologize for the mistake at hand and asked me how they could go further and make it right. Thank you so much for caring about my sister and I enough to take your time to call, take action, correct the situation, and welcome me back to your store personally. I am grateful for your kindness and professionalism. Castaways is a very important place for me, a store I'd call "my happy place". I'm glad the issue was resolved and can not wait to return!
