Moved here from another state and needed vet for my two dachshunds. Appoints were made and kept but each time we visited we were given a computer generated list of every possible malady the dogs had or could get. The reports were often in the thousands of dollars and if you didn't agree and get the treatment you were warned of what could happen and how your dog would suffer. Anyway we kept the faith and had teeth removed, bladder surgery, benign lumps removed (suture started to bleed profusely when we got home and had to take her back for more), blood work done, etc which ran into thousands of dollars but they're your babies so you do it. In Dec 2017, on a Saturday before noon one of the dogs injured her back pretty badly and was crying and of course in pain. I called Dreaming Summit about bringing her in and was told the doctor had one ahead of me and had no time to see her before they closed at noon. I couldn't believe it! The place that took my money and time for years didn't have time to help. The matter-of -fact staff member told be to take her to Black Pearl Animal Hospital which I did. They had me wait for a long time while she was crying in my arms writhing in pain. They finally gave her x-rays and told me she hurt her back...duh! Anyway later that night she was dead. I still can't get over it. Shame on you Dreaming Summit!
