  • The sale ladies are rough and somewhat nice until after you purchase a dress. You have to chase them for updates and they claim to call and never do. Bad customer service and they lie about trying to contact customers and lie about the alternations being made. They need a serious staff change. How a business can continue to stay alive in this industry includes excellent customer service, honesty and being happy at work...this store has none of that. If you're looking for pampering during your shopping experience, I personally would not recommend this store.
