  • I just purchased a car from Bill Luke Fiat and wanted to praise my sales associate James Woods. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and quick with responding to my phone calls and questions (My car buying process lasted for about a month). James truly seemed to care about making me happy in the end and was an advocate for me when it came time to "negotiate". I began my car search at Bill Luke Fiat, liked the car and was unable to negotiate a deal the first time around. I visited several other dealerships, worked with other sales associates and was not thrilled with my experience. Many of the cars at the other dealerships were not as neat and well maintained as they were at Bill Luke, and the other sales associates were pushy and obviously out to make a dollar. After doing my research and checking out other cars I returned to Bill Luke and began working with James for a second time. When I made the call to tell him I was again interested in the car he was on it. I would recommend James to anyone looking for a car. I only gave it a 4 star because of a few of the dealership quirks as mentioned in other posts. I am thrilled with my car choice, and would likely have gone in a different direction had James not been so great. He made the process very easy, we will go back to him when we need another car.
