| - All time favorite buffet with quality and everything!! The line in the weekend may get ridiculously long. I usually go for the weekend bottomless champagne brunch around 2:30pm, seated and situated by 3pm, and eat until the beginning of the dinner. I've been here few times, but I dont come here everytime I visit Vegas. It's good to pig out once in a long while. Each visit, there is something special that they are serving.
Here is certain items I fancy:
Fresh fruits - FIGS! Hawaiian papaya
Desserts - Passionfruit, green tea, guava, panna cotta, macarons, and variety of gelato (thai ice tea!) Love the variety of Euro -Asian inspired desserts. I would pass on the cupcakes... Crepes was quite average.
Mexican grill - sweet plaintains with churros, beignets!!
Seafood - Chilean sea bass, fresh shucked oysters, and shrimp cocktail. I didnt care for the stone crab claw and it was still thawing...
Juice bar - Fresh juices served in glass bottle with a limited supply. I've seen horchata, hibiscus, and watermelon.
Meat - I only go for the prime rib medium rare.. Good job on the meat! (I still prefer the ones from Wicked Spoon bc it comes with the bone in)
Good selection of cheese and variety of fancy salad.
Asian selection - I usually try the Pho or the Udon which is quite decent. It's not the best but it's comfort food! Being Asian, I dont really eat Asian food from buffet.. I would only eat noodles.
It's always a pleasant to dine here and I highly advise to selectively chose what you want to eat. There's no way to sample everything in one seating!!
