  • Horrible service. Really horrible service. I was told to come in twice. They are 35 minutes away from me and both times they hadn't worked out my insurance. I called 4 times to follow up and each time they had no record of speaking with me. A week later I am having my prescriptions transferred to another Avella location. We'll see this is an overall Avella issue or just the Scottsdale location. I don't appreciate my time being wasted, and it would have been nice to have received an apology over the phone. I will not be doing business with the Avella in Scottsdale in the future.
