  • I am currently seeking the District Manager for this location. In all my life, I have NEVER encountered such rude, ignorant and incompetent employees. NOBODY ever greets you at this location, the service is slow and the employees act like customers are bothersome to them. I go here out of convenience, but I would rather hit McDonald's or Subway on Durango instead for my breakfast needs. It truly amazes me how rude the employees are and that this type of behavior is tolerated. This is a close knit community and to this level of rudeness and ignorance is truly appalling to say the least. I will never go here again after today. I had 2 days in a row of extreme rudeness. Yesterday I went in, I waited and FINALLY a female employee walks up and says NOTHING after I repeatedly looked at her and politely said "Good Morning". I'm a 6th Grade Teacher and my students know how to greet someone. Today, I went to the drive thru because I seriously couldn't handle face to face rudeness. Drove up, no greeting, no good morning, "Can I Take Your Order?" I looked at the speaker box and then I just drove off. DD on South Durango, you get an EPIC FAIL!!!!
