  • When a 'vendor' acts as a partner just trying to add value, you know you've found a winner -- especially in an otherwise sales-forward business. Such was my experience with Christopher Gonzales of this company. The transaction was for a Sun City condo for my mother. I needed to get Mom prequalified and move the process ahead remotely. Christopher did everything needed to get that milestone accomplished so the offer could be made (and eventually accepted). Things were a bit rush-rush on my end and I hadn't really vetted all my options. Eventually, we decided to do a cash closing instead of securing a mortgage. through Chris' company. While we figured that out, Chris stood by in support of our process. No sales chatter, no attitude because he was losing a possible transaction after putting in effort. Through the end, he was helpful and positive -- he walked the walk of good service. If everyone in this company comes even close to providing a similar experience, you'll be in good hands for sure.
