Takes Dr Stewart 1 year to reply back with '' We dropped the ball'' Yes I know!! Good customer service for very long term client would be to at least reach out after staff was asked to do so by me. Never happened!! When I went to pick up contacts after this fiasco the staff wouldn't even look or speak to me let alone apologize. Seems to come from the top down. Advise to all is this happened to me after 10 years what will happen to you??
