rev:text	HORRIBLE!!!!! Do not call for questions!!! I called to get more information on how this office worked and it appears that the receptionist was wanting to talk more than to listen to the questions that I had. I tried to put in a word to let her know what my needs were and instead of trying to help me (or looking for someone who could answer my question) she decided to cut off the phone call! Really? If this is how they treat tier prospects, I am not so sure how they would treat their patients? I really expected much better service from this office and am greatly disappointed! I was calling to see on how the so called "membership" was billed and to see if it would be covered by my flexible spending account? According to the IRS guidelines, these types of funds require a date of service and if I need to pay "before" I get a "service date" then how does this qualify? The receptionist told me that my flexible spending would cover it, but she would not explain on how it would take place or even willing to ask for more help (if she did not know the answer). Instead of trying to find more help, she disconnected the call, all because she did not know the answer to a question! So the question remains, was she trying to pull a fast one on me, by lying to me? If this of facility condoms this type of behavior, then one wonders if the rest of the medical staff is the same? Do they all just "Guess" and if you press them for facts, do they just give up and ask you to leave? Who would want to go to a place like that? Let alone accept them as their primary provider?
