  • If I could give them negative stars I would. First, let me add they hung up on me. I work for a property management company and only one of the investors use this warranty company and I would beg everyone not to ever use them! The customer service is absolutely horrible. Out of all of them I have to call weekly the best one is Fidelity Home Warranty. There is never a hold time like HSA which has you on hold every single time and needs customer service training desperately. All of the reviews you will find here and on other sites for this company are all things I have experienced with them. Do not waste your time or money using them.
