I came in at 11am on the Thursday before Mother's Day. I like this location; have been here previously to get stitches out. This time, I was the only patient there. I cut my foot on a piece of glass a month ago and was still in pain. Scott provided solutions that might work - prescribed an ointment that would bring out the tiny piece of glass. He didn't want to cut it open unless absolutely necessary. He left the room to get the prescription and didn't tell us whether to stay in the room. That was confusing. It would have been helpful to have more communication. It was all okay until I went to the pharmacy and they couldn't find the prescription that I needed! The pharmacists worked on it for almost an hour and then called Scott to ask him about an over-the-counter prescription. I could have avoided the pharmacist altogether if I knew about the cream on the shelf. Thanks for the help. I will update this if I continue to have foot issues.
