  • If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went in to get a pedicure for myself. I came with a little girl with special needs. The little girl just wanted to soak her feet in the bubbles, and I wanted a pedicure. I asked the tech if she could just soak her feet in water and she said that the little girl can share the water with me. It was all fine and dandy, then the tech spoke in Vietnamese to another tech. The tech said the little girl doesn't want anything done so she told the little girl to sit with me. Then she proceeded to say that it wasn't worth the hassle to turn on water in a different chair if the little wasn't going to be paying anything for the services. The other tech, in reply, said to just charge them $5 for water. Seriously...$5 for a bucket of water?! They kept bickering back and forth. I finally gave in and said, "I am tired of all the rude things you are saying." So I got up and left, saying that the techs here are saying really mean things and I will go somewhere else. They kept trying to explain themselves to me saying that is not what they said. I told them that I am Vietnamese and understood everything they are saying! It is rude and inconsiderate and they really need to watch what they say because you never know who can understand you. Just because I don't look Vietnamese, does not mean that I don't understand it. I will NEVER be back here because they do NOT know how to treat their customers. Especially since they think they can get away with it since they are speaking a different language. NO THANK YOU!
