  • I WAS DENIED BECAUSE THEY DID NOT WANT ME THERE. If you want to be discriminated against, choose Invitation Homes. I'm a successful business owner and I make over 5K per month. After giving me the run around with providing 3-4 forms of proof of income - from Bank Statements to CPA prepared tax returns - Invitation Homes STILL told me I wouldn't be able to rent because they were unsure of my use of the home..... Have you ever heard of anything like that???? I don't think so. I was approved 3 other places within a few hours and denied by Invitation Homes after days. How did they remedy the situation? They offered to refund my application fee. I was denied not because I didn't qualify, because they just didn't want me there. However, Krystle was an angel and was very helpful throughout the entire process. She was great, very clear and communicative. But, do not rent or apply to rent with Invitation Homes.
