  • I don't just like or enjoy desserts; LOVE desserts! I think desserts are the most important part of any meal. When in doubt skip the meal and go straight to dessert. That being said I am an expert or shall I say a connoisseur of desserts. Especially cheesecakes. Cheesecakes from Just a Bite Cheesecake are divine. No matter the flavor the geniuses at just a bite combine the texture the flavor and the mouth feel of the cheesecake and trascend it from merely a dessert into a culinary masterpiece. My personal favorite is the red velvet cheesecake, but really any and all of their cheesecakes are absolutely fabulous! But don't let the name fool you; they they prepare more than cheesecakes. Their cookies are tasty their peanut brittle is among the best I've ever had, their carrot cake is beyond description, their chocolate covered strawberries are sinful, and their double chocolate cake is downright decadent. The best part is they deliver! I send these tasty treats to friends and family locally and out of town. People are amazed at the taste and the visual presentation. As if that's not enough they also do catering; full on parties! We had them cater a party for us several hundred people and not one person could find anything negative to say. Excellent service, excellent presentation, excellent flavors and decently priced. So whether you just want to quick bite to eat or you need help planning a party give them a call; you will not be disappointed. They work overtime to exceed expectations!
